PR and Event Coordinator
Join Monil’s growth journey! We’re seeking a structured, outgoing PR & Event Coordinator to boost visibility through fairs, demo days, events, PR, and influencer collaborations.
Physical presence in the market is key to our success – both in Norway and in new markets. Participation and visibility at fairs, demo days and other events are therefore essential if we are to reach our ambitious goals. As PR and Event Coordinator at Monil, you will play a central role for our success working closely with the marketing team, as well as with Sales and Farmers Success. You will have the opportunity to be a project manager for all events we attend and help build Monil as a strong and recognizable brand. You will work with both customers and partners, while collaborating closely with internal teams to create and communicate compelling stories to different stakeholders.
The role includes planning, coordinating and participating in both small and large events, including demo days, ensuring a complete and professional execution from branding and promotion to on-site presence. You will work closely with Monil employees and external suppliers both domestically and internationally. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take part in building Monil’s brand globally.
Your responsibilities will include:
Physical market presence through demo days, fairs (including collateral and stand communication, tent walls, brochures etc.), events and sponsorships
Hosting webinars
PR write-ups and editorials: Craft and optimize editorial content for SEO to drive awareness, credibility, and top-of-funnel traffic while reinforcing Monil’s brand voice.
Managing LinkedIn and other channels where the company is featured, including product marketing
Signing new influencers and collaborators
Keeping track of forums and conversations online
Contributing to brand campaigns and communication initiatives
Conduct interviews with our farmers to build user stories that demonstrate the value our solution brings. Be proactive in finding relevant customers and stories to increase brand visibility, tell the Monil story and generate leads.
We are looking for someone with relevant education within Event Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field, and with 1–3 years of experience in marketing, PR, or event-related roles. Experience with project management and the ability to plan and execute projects from start to finish is an advantage. You have excellent writing skills in both Norwegian and English, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing clear, human-centered communication. You also bring great negotiation skills, enabling you to secure the best possible terms, positions, and partnerships.
As a person, you are structured and detail-oriented with strong negotiation skills. You thrive in a dynamic environment, remain calm under pressure, and deliver high-quality results even when juggling multiple tasks. You take ownership of your responsibilities, show initiative and are confident in your communication – whether addressing farmers, colleagues, or corporate partners.
You should have good knowledge of digital tools used for event planning, campaign coordination and brand visibility. You also have strong communication skills and a genuine interest in what engages and motivates your target audience.
