Your Role:
As the Head of Data Science, you will lead a small, focused, and capable team. You’ll be responsible for defining innovative insight features and overseeing their development and deployment.
Areas of Interest Include:
Monitoring animal activity to detect injuries or sickness and document animal welfare.
Heat detection for more efficient mating.
Calving detection to ensure new calves are born safely.
Grazing monitoring to optimize land use and improve soil health.
Analyzing how animals learn and respond to the virtual fence to enhance our algorithms and training methods.
Preferred Qualifications:
A strong commitment to collaborative leadership and problem-solving.
5+ years of experience in machine learning and data science.
Expertise in Python and ML frameworks.
Hands-on experience with time series data analysis.
