As we are scaling our sales operations by 10x over the next year in multiple markets, we need someone to make us into a lean and mean sales machine as Head of Revenue Operations.
The Head of Revenue Operations will be responsible for optimizing and scaling our digital sales channels across multiple markets. This role focuses on sales process automation, leveraging data to improve customer experiences, and ensuring the entire revenue operation is efficient and aligned with the company’s global growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Process Automation
- Strengthen our platforms like Shopify, CRMs, and marketing automation tools to streamline sales workflows.
- Optimize our self-serve purchase journeys, reducing manual intervention.

Revenue operations
- Analyze and optimize lead acquisition funnels to maximize conversion rates and minimize acquisition costs.
- Together with the commercial team, align growth initiatives with broader brand and marketing strategies.

Customer Journey Mapping
- Create seamless experiences from customer discovery through to post-sale adoption in our App.
- Optimize the website for conversions, with personalized experiences for different markets and user groups.

Tech Stack Optimization
- Manage and optimize our digital ecosystem, integrating existing tools like Shopify, HubSpot or new additions to our commercial tech-stack.

Data-Driven Decision Making
- Measure performance across all digital channels and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing to continuously refine and optimize user experiences.

Global Scalability
- Ensure systems and processes are adaptable for different regions, currencies, and languages to support your global growth.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as an independent commercial role, ideally within a tech startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong technical understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), CRMs, and automation tools.
- Experience in scaling digital sales globally.
- Ability to analyze data, customer behavior, and optimize sales processes based on findings.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Experience from agri-tech or farming is a big plus
